That third to last pic, the Terrance Williams small pic with the greyish marble looking card. That's a GORGEOUS card.

Thank you. Compared to some of those cards though - I'm a small fish in a big pond...lol

Got this one in today, nabbed from Ebay. Not sure I'm happy with it though. Low res scan on ebay made it look like gunk on the front of the card (white dots below P in plates and on S in patches on left of card) and there was no scan of the back. The white dots are missing surface chips! See the back for yourself, especially the black lower edge and the left corners. I got this with intent of a BGS submission but I don't think it's worth it as this probably won't see a 9 and do anything for the value/collectability. What would you do? Try to send it back or just keep it (mind you I have zero cards in my Emmitt PC that aren't graded at 9.5, unless they're sitting for a submission) given it's a 6 of 10 sp anyway?

I really don't like it when that happens!!! Very nice card though! If it isn't worth grading, I would send it back since graded cards is what your Emmitt PC is made of and that is what you intended to do with it.
Regarding the cases, I am going to the Wood Hobby Shop tomorrow to start building one. I'll let you know when it is complete. Do you have any more details you can send or did you send me all you have? thanks

Oh crap. I'm sorry, I completely spaced on it. Let me do up a 3D rendering and plug some measurements in for you. Some of it will be subjective (height mainly) but all of it is adjustable on the long ends. Just leave the cuts alone and you'll be fine.
As for the card, I could have asked about the white spots. I thought it was just debris on the scanner face or something. I did ask about a back scan with no response. Took a chance, and lost I guess. I may submit it anyway, but it will only to take another chance in hopes it comes back a 9 and I can turn it around for something else.
This is one place where COMC has ebay beat. COMC scans....you KNOW what you're getting (like the #6 of 10 Emmitt Jersey card I've got coming........pics on Monday hopefully).

So today, while running some errands, I finally managed to get by the card store we have here in town. Mind you, it's been about 17 years since I set foot in one at the age of 17. Left the hobby as I entered the car hobby (still do the car thing too, lol). Just wanted to stop in, check it out, see what he had.
They were having a 50% sale just to move inventory. All but two of these I got for $.25 each. In the first pic, the top left is the Platinum Medallion # 47/100, and the 95 EdgeTech was $.50. All the rest were a quarter. But the reason I'm showing this off, is because every card seen will be getting a grading submission at some point. I simply could not believe the condition of the cards in penny sleeves that I got. They're all just gorgeous, and I'm willing to bet (hopeful at least) that 75% of them come back as 9.5's for my PC. Yeah, I know they're not auto's or jersey cards (he had one, but it was too chipped up for me to bite off on), but I look for ANY Emmitt card that I don't have that's submission worthy when I'm not buying already graded examples. This was just a treat of a find today.

Oh yeah, this came in today too. Bought from COMC on sale, worth EVERY penny. It's just beautiful and ripe for a submission. A tiny hint of fuzz on one corner on the back, but passable.

Love days like this. Good way to end the year! :D
