Another UD redemption issue
I'll get straight to it:
When 11-12 Artifacts came out, I purchased two auto rookie redemptions /99(Read and Landeskog). After I redeemed them and began the long waiting time I had anticipated, I ended up trading them away for another card. In may, I also bought a Hodgson redemption and redeemed it, knowing that theeyt were now live and expecting to receive all three around the same time in a few weeks. Well, at the end of July I still hadn't seen them and contacted UD(email, facebook post, facebook message, and email to Chris Carlin). I was told that they were all sent and I should receive them soon. Today is one month since I was told this.
Now, I have a few questions:
1- How much longer should I wait to contact again?
2- If they were sent and lost in the mail, who's responsibility is it?
3- It's been almost a year now since I made the trade, the other trader has been incredibly patient(he had a bunch of auto rc redemptions as well and got them all), but what should I do to resolve this matter while keeping him happy?
4- Do I have a chance of receiving these cards now?
Any help is appreciated, though writing this has helped ease my frustrations a bit.
Thanks!

First on SCF, we have a rule that no member can trade a card not in their possesion. While you can trade a card redemption not redeem, that is fine since you can send the card/redemption code to the other member. But if you redeem a card yourself, you can't trade for it since you do not have the card in your possesion. Not saying you traded here but if you did, I suggest you handle the issue before the member put's the trade into dispute since you would get a infraction for trading a card not in your possession even if you do settle because this is a infraction to our rules here. So if you can work something out with the member satisfaction, I would and maybe try to work something that if the card actually come in that you could get your repair and send him the card. But it would be in your best interest to work this with the trader that it be here or else where. Waiting a year is not acceptable and should have never been a trade in the first place. If you end up loosing money, it's probably better then getting a negative and a infraction. In the end, I hope you will learn a lesson. Redemption is never a garanty and the only safe way to trade them is to mail the redemption card not scracth like you would mail a real card. Then it's in the hand of the other trader as to will they get the card or not.
As for dealing with manufacturer, good luck! All I can say, it's not unusual for card to take time to arrive, more so when they cross border but I would not count on that to resolve the issue with the other trader. Also my suggestion is to always remain polite in any communication with manufacturer. I know when it's high end I had to sign but other are sent with no tracking. How a manufacturer will handle this, it really depend as we hear all kind of story but being polite is always the best route to take if you want the person to help you out. I have every intention of handling the issue. We're both aware of the rule, but the other party knew about the situation and agreed to wait. I will honour my end of the deal.
My biggest issue with UD is that I've had several challenges with them regarding redemptions in the past two years. While they've always been resolved, what's to stop UD from thinking I was trying to rip them off? That's why I asked for advice, or maybe even a different way of handling this so as not to "burn any bridges".
