11/12 Upper Deck Program of Excellence inserts

Looking for some information on these inserts. Bidding on a card now and had no idea it would get as high as it is. Are these SSP'd? Typical to Series 1 & 2 I assume they aren't numbered either. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

UD Canvas Series 2 set is structured as follows:
- Base Cards 121-210 (1:6)
- Young Guns 211-240 (1:48)
- Retired Stars 241-255 (1:192)
- Programme of Excellence 256-280 (1:192)

I picked up the Scheifele for $95 Dlvd, I hate spending that much for a non auto card. It better be an ssp.
