    Brokerage charges for them actually doing nothing, are insanely high.

    I cannot believe a previous poster had to pay brokerage and duty for documents, that's unheard of.

    I'll NEVER use UPS again...almost always +100% more of the goods value in customs, fee, taxes, MOMS, salary, fuels and other variuous crap and as the top of the mountain theirs ridiculously high shipping rates...and much slower than USPS.

    UPS is a big joke!
    Something to avoid to every price and use USPS or FedEx (also expensive but so much better than UPS9

    I won't use UPS for even work related stuff, Fed Ex is the way to go, might seem like $ more at first, but to have your items delivered on time and never lost is worth it.

    Agreed in full, their duty and "brokerage" fees are outrageous. Their delivery times border on ineptness and if they can't get you the package in three tries, instead of leaving a note that you can pick it up at their warehouse like Purolator or Canada Post, they just send it back to the seller.
