Personally, I would go for the The Cup. Can't beat what is suppose to be the best of the best. Dominion still has way too many parallels and at the end of the day, I think you are concerned more about return as well. If you are case breaking, Cup will overall give you a better return. Let's face it, for at least the next couple years, Cup will still reign supreme!
... But, I still like the design of 05-06 Cup APRs the most!
Enough with the UGLY hand-numbered cards already!

Rylins prime break in the box break section says go for prime. Ridiculous hits hands down

The cup is gonna get you more vets and HOF's, while prime will get you MORE hits, but mostly of rookies.
I'd do cup.
UD ultimate would be fine as well.

Depends on what you want to get out of the break - if you want awesome memorabilia hits that will attract considerable interest and return, go with Prime. If you want the rookies, go with The Cup. But as a couple others have mentioned this was a weaksauce rookie crop and many will not hold value.

I personally like Prime more than The Cup. Cheaper and a nicer look.
