The loss I have taken on my collection so far is minimal very loyal collectors out there. The only serious loss was from my SPGU rookie /50, I paid 200 for it a couple years ago, and it sold for 100. I can accept that to have had it my collection for some time. Going to take me all year to sell 40 years of cards.

I sold a Felix Potvin Vanity Plate to a Russian woman in SF. I was worried, because they never are satisfied. Four days later she complains that there is rust on the vanity plate and that the card is not mint.
I tell her to ship it back and I will pay for both shippings, plus the card, which is more shipping than I have to pay according to eBay rules.
One month now and she has not replied or shipped the card back. She just assumed that I would refund her money and shipping, and tell her to keep the card.
Not a chance. There was nothing wrong with the card, as is evident of her non-pursuit of her generous refund.
It's a good thing that you are reporting the negative feedback threat. eBay does not do much, but they may act regarding that type of behaviour. They take negative feedback threats seriously.

In one week my over 1000 perfect feedback ruined by two people who can't understand Canadian!!
Not impressed.
On the phone with ebay now. I'll keep you updated, but we all know how this will turn out for the seller (me).....
Just got off the phone, they rules in favor of the buyer.
I have just deleted all my auctions and I am done on eBay.
I will post my entire collection here and other sites and I want it gone with with one buyer.
Unreal, these two characters from Quebec have upset me to no end!
