I was informed this card was not being made so I contacted Panini and asked whats up?
Cindy?? asked who I collected and told her Hurricanes and Panthers but dont want any Panthers anyway she said she would call me back later in the day and let me know what she had.. I should of never mentioned the Panthers but we had some small talk during the conversation.
No call back I received an email stating I will be receiving a Capt Munnerlyn 2009 Contenders card books at $10 (I own 3 already and bought them in 2009 for a couple of dollars each) well I found out that the Ratelle
only books for $10 which I was shocked cause you sure cant buy any of his auto cards on Ebay for $10 so anyway not happy but does this sound like a fair swap. I waited a year for this card!! She should of called me. A HOF player for a 2nd team CB.

I got a 2011-12 Limited Stanley Cup Signatures #29 Cam Ward (/99) for my Ratelle redemption replacement. I was told that everyone was getting either the card I got of a Cam Ward Crown Royale Ice Kings Auto (/99), so I am surprised to hear you got a different card. As far as the book value, my guess is that the reason the Ratelle books so low is because people figured out the card was not being made. I was super excited when I saw the card in the Luxury Suite checklist, because I assumed, incorrectly, that they had signed Ratelle and we would start to see some of his autographs in Panini product. It doesn't seem like he signs very much, so I was disappointed when I found out they weren't making the card.

I talked to you about it that's how I found out the card was not being made. I would rather have the Ward card instead the Capt. I plan on calling them back on Tuesday after the holiday and complain. I did email them and asked them to go buy me a certified Ratelle auto for $10 but I doubt they do that lol.

With Panini, you either keep complaining here or keep complaining to their customer service and they will EVENTUALLY get it right.

Ratelle is a legend. That is like ordering Lobster at Ruth's Chris and they bring you macaroni and cheese because they ran out of lobster.
