    This guy is an idiot. I would refund you right away to avoid a paypal or ebay claim. Claims affect your DSR's and can get you suspended from ebay. Also, I do believe you would get your money back from paypal, but you would have to send the card back to the seller with tracking so that would cost as much as the card if not more.
    You can leave a follow up comment to your positive feedback saying something about the service you received. Its up to you.
