    I wondered the same thing cause im doing that 10/11 set and so I wrote ud they ttold me its cause not all of the cards made the release date last year so they released them again this year

    We noticed that if we used cards from last year's set, we could get 50 extra cases out the door and make more money. The people who open packs and get damaged cards don't deserve them anyways.

    I believe they were supposed to be in last years but they weren't signed in time so rather than being a redemption last year UD made them a live update this year.

    Kind of like Victory Update in series 2
