The Hull RC has a very obvious tell on the front of the card. On the pin, near the middle on the left side will be a white or light yellow dot. If that dot is there, your card is authentic. If it is not, it is a forgery.
The Roy is a little bit tougher. On the authentic Roy RC's that I have seen, there is a black dot just right of the centre on the top white border. You can see it in this scan:

Here are a couple of other things to look at on the Roy:
Look closely at the O-Pee-Chee logo in the top left corner, if you notice that the black lines in the oval and the text are dotted, you probably have a reprint. One other area of flaw, but not as reliable is the “Patrick Roy” on the front of the card. On all of the reprints the blue and white bleed together. Be careful though, because of poor printing equipment in the earlier years, some of the authentic Roy cards also have a bit of colour overlap, but with a different consistency.
The Roy OPC RC's were made with printing plates so you shouldn't see little dots on the cards, which is what you see on old style printers. Thanks to our friends at SportsCardInfo for the, um, info.

I have concluded that these cards are authentic. I will post a scan though for you pros. Do you recommend I get it graded if so, where? And how much am I looking at for each card? I'm not 100% selling but Im curious the worth of what I have here. Thanks again

Looking pretty sharp! I would definitely advise getting them graded/authenticated. Both BGS and PSA are great resources for this - you can request with them when you submit that if the card grades lower than a certain level that they simply authenticate it - this way, even if it doesn't come back with an excellent grade when you sell you can guarantee authenticity to any potentially wary sellers.
