Upper Deck customer service!! Garage
:new_blowi
Upper Deck was unable to redeem my Sean Taylor UD Pro Sigs auto. They gave me a list of $40 autos for its replacement. I contact Upper Deck and informed them that I wanted a basketball auto in replace of my Sean Taylor. However, when I received my package yesterday, I sent me two $10 autos (Quincy Wilson & Will Smith). The thing that pisses me off is that I already redeemed those cards from Upper deck. In addition, the Will Smith's auto sticker is hanging off the side of the card. I have spoke to numerous people at Upper deck about my replacements for the Sean Taylor, and they stated that I would receive a $40 basketball auto. This company's customer service is @ss backwards. I resent them an email about my situation.
When they first informed me of the possible replacements, the Sean Taylor auto was $40. I gave them a list of basketball players I am interested in. Today, I checked the Taylor auto and it is $25 now. My question to you is do they have to honor the original $40 when I agreed upon the replacement?
I thought Fleer had the worst customer service, but I think I was wrong. All I know is they better fix this situation, or I am going to "unleash hell on my signal."
War, Customer service is one of the reason this industry in dying. Thanks for letting me let off some steam, Nelly

I seriously try not to purchase any products with redemptions in them. If there is a product I really like that contains redemps, and if I pull a redemption, I immediately list it on eBay and let someone else deal with all that crap. I`ve gotten burned a few times on redemps and I simply won`t bother with them anymore.
