eBay buyer to block
I am not sure if I can post their username or not so PM me if you would like to know it.
So I have an Adam Henrique SP Authentic Future Watch on eBay with a BIN of $34.99 with Best Offer.
I receive and offer of $22.50.
-now I would like to get $25-30 for it but closer to the $30 level
I counter my price at $29.99
-I figure that if this person would like the card that they would close the gap and we would have a done deal
The guy counters with an offer of $1.15 and a message of:
the card must also be gift wrapped when I pick it up and you must be wearing a pink dress on account of you being such a girl!
I send an offer of $27
-I figure that I should have just declined but I will not pass up a potential sale
The guys counters with an offer of $3.87 and a message of:
Make sure you take this card out of your pink purse when you present it to me and do a little curtsy
Now I am not sure if I should just drop it or string them along and send another offer but one to insult them. I will be the bigger person.

There are those on this board who will tell you that I'm a swell guy, but I've never passed up the opportunity to be the smaller person, ESPECIALLY when provoked. It keeps me young. I'm 44 and I'm still in one piece :D

I'd play along with him and send him another counter offer with a smart ask comment of you own. Once both of you use your max amount of offers (pretty sure its 3) then I would block him, but make sure you get the last word in since he wants to be a child it will drive him nuts.

The funny this is that it lists his postal code in the offer. I noticed that it is close to me and the guy live 15-20 minute drive away from me.

I don't really mind the banter in offers. I do it myself from time to time. This wasn't me, but I think it's funny. What's it take, a 20 seconds out of your day to laugh and write something witty in response?
I generally only do it when sellers have insane asking prices though. In this case I probably would have respected what you want for the card and moved on. But I still think blocking is an over-reaction. That's just me.

We need his eBay user ID so that we can block him.

Block this person for sure. Even if they pay the price you want you are open to a paypal claim unless you send it with tracking and sig confirmation. Seeing the childish comments I wouldn't put it past them.
