Hey!!! I would Look at it this way and this Goes for Trades that I Do Also... If He's Not Willing to Send First on the Trade Due to His Feedback then I'd say that it's Not Worth Your Time to Worry about the Trade... Everyone here has to Start out at the Bottom and send First When ya Start Out Trading here.. I Did it and I'm Sure Everyone here Has had to Do it.. So if This person Feels He or She is that Special to Not have to Send First, Don't Do the Trade..
