hi,
I usually have all of mine end at lunch time (EST) because that's when I have time to list them.
I know it may knock some west coasters out of the running, but my auctions usually end right around where they should be.
I think that if you item is wanted and well described with nice clean picts, the ebayers will find your stuff. I'd worry more about properly listing your item than when you end it.
Plus, if you have a single, you can always do a search and pretty much see what it's going to sell for. Although, you never want to end on a holiday.
