Opinion needed: OPC Premier Triple patch /15
I bought this card several weeks ago.

I received it today. The card is nice, low numbered to /15 with three awesome patches of three really amazing players. The buyer stated that the card was in MINT condition. However there are some minor damages in the bottom right corner. I ask to the seller if he can do something for that and he answered that he could only refund me. I think I paid a good price for this card I want to keep it (she still nearmint-mint in my opinion) but at the start i bought a card that was supposedly in mint condition....
What would you do?

He's offered a refund so you should either accept that or keep the card and since you think you got a good price on it and it's got really nice patches, I suspect you want to keep the card. I've looked at the scan and don't see anything major with the lower right corner, so perhaps you were expecting a flawless card as opposed to a mint card? It's hard to say and of course it's easier to assess the card when it's in hand. If the card condition bothers you lots and you'll always be bugged by it, then get a refund and return the card. I'd be happy with the card but that's me.

netsinah: thanks for your answer. The dammage is clearly visible, but really small. Maybe i'm wrong but...i think that the four corners as to be in perfect shape if you want to state that your card is in mint condition...but i also know that everybody has is own interpretation on that....

I'd keep it if the damage is very minor. For $120 that is a very good price. I would not be too bothered by it as thick patch cards do have slight chipping or edge wear.
