How funny that a similiar twist of fate, once again involving Williams allowed them to beat Florida. How ridiculous.

When a team is really good, or loved by many, the refs will go in there favor. In high school, college, and pros. The refs like to listen to ESPN alot too, thats why they were so one-sided for the Steelers in the superbowl. ESPN has alot to do with it.

Remember that in the first Duke/FSU game there was a call against FSU so bad the ref crew was suspended for one game. Do the refs want Duke to win? Oh yeah.

But just last nite FSU got their revenge on their home court by beating Duke in a fairly called game, handing the #1 team their first ACC loss of the season. And FSU just may have punched their ticket to the tournament...

saw the game and all i can say is there should have been a foul. wait 'til these guys get in the NBA and we'll see if they'll still get those calls or non-calls.

In Duke's first 9 ACC games they shot 240 FTs to 146 for the opponents.

The 9th was the INFAMOUS FSU GAME. The officiating crew was suspended 'allegedly' for the technical call on and FSU player.

In the last 6 ACC games (pre UNC), it has been 149-146 in Duke's favor.

Now I ask, has Duke been fouling more and their opponents less, OR have the ACC officials been served notice that their Duke bias IS UNACCEPTABLE?
