So give the rich a major tax cut and give working man a token tax cut just to say that he cut everyone's taxes. Great idea to me.

HA!
Very entertaining, but as "Bad" as Obama has been, the GOP are worse....MUCH WORSE!
This is "picking your poison", I have to choose one, I'll go for the one that is least lethal!

20% is more than a token tax cut.

+1, I think both Obama and Romney really think their plans will help the economy. I just personally think Romney's plan will help out our country a lot more.

My thoughts exactly.
I think they didn't see it coming.....Romney had a very bad September, and he came out swinging.
That's the thing....if you're playing a "Desperate" team, they will do anything possible to win.
Every major poll shows Obama winning, Every Electoral College projection has Obama up by a sizable margin, his camp sees this and they've decided to make their move RIGHT NOW.....which to say the very least, is smart of them.

When you pay zero in income taxes, a tax cut is meaningless to you.

Yeah but he said a "working man". Last I checked most working men pay income tax. Heck, when I was 16 and had my first job I paid income tax.

NO ONE can deny that under Clinton we had MUCH HIGHER taxes and we had an Economic BOOM.
"Dubya" comes in and ruins this country with his illegal wars, spending like crazy, giving everyone tax cuts when it WASN'T necessary, and leaving office with a crisis.
Obama comes in and tries to work with the GOP, only to find out they are not interested....AT ALL!
After all their #1 Priority was (and IS) to make Obama a ONE term president.
The GOP are nothing but filthy traitors!

That's it. Right there!
AUT, do you truly not know what trickle down economics is? I cannot believe that for one second. Yet, you ask a question you already know the answer to in order to trip up alex because he doesn't want to bother with useless questions (ie: ones you already know the answer to).
Stop with the stupid little tactics and just discuss things. I don't know if it makes you feel superior to do that, but let me assure you, you are not.
