Hi Everyone,

Great to be here. I have decided to branch out past Beckett now. I have been trading on a number a sites for a while but since Beckett did its overhaul I have just been there. Recently I am finding that there are only the same few active members that have cards I want to trade with. There are tons of members that just don't log in anymore and it makes trading for cards I need impossible. So, I am here looking to meet new traders and keep collecting cards I need.

I recently put in a request to transfer my trader ratings from Becket where it is quite high so I look forward to some fun trading here.

I paid for a year of Total Access at Beckett and within a month of purchasing it they started their overhaul. For at least two months I had to endure slow to no access adding cards to their organizer, not being able to check BV's for cards on eBay, ect. After my year ran out I asked them if they were going to give any compensation for all the problems for those couple of months. Their response was a resounding "No", but we will let you order Total Access without the price increase. They were giving me nothing extra because people who ordered Total Access after all the problems were given the same offer as me. Excellent customer service over there. Never again. That's why I left.

I totally agree. However the site does have many good things there so so many items that aren't helpful. The launch of their new site was the work PR example I can think of. They didn't take our opinions into account and then when users suggested improvements they were ignored. I haven't seen any improvements in over 2 years. Other than the feedback I have generated that I am waiting to have brought over here, there is little I want with that place now.

If they had given me one or two months free of total access because of all the problems I would have signed up for another year of total access. Not too smart from a business standpoint.
