I think there are a few exceptions to this though

Im pretty sure all of Evgeny Grachev's (regular jersey version) have "Go Battalion" on them.

Those don't have inscriptions because those are a different year. The examples you listed are 10 11. In 11 12 the Patch Autos /25 have "Go....." whoever on them.

They did this in both 10-11 and in 11-12. In both years, not all players added the inscription, although many more did for 11-12. Grachev is an exception, in that his cards from SPX in both regards had the inscription, as did his SPGU Rookie Exclusives auto /100 card.
