Question about posting pictures

Excuse my ignorance but how to i attach pictures to my posts?I see whne people post they can include pictures with the post

I see that you use photobucket. Highlight your cursor over the card you want. Click on the IMG code link and post it in your thread. Once you save your post you will see the scan instead of the link.
