Question about trading
I am looking to trade wiht a person who has the little i must send first thing under their name, but they said we both send at same time since i have <10 feedback wat is the real rule...

They send first. It says they send first on all transactions.

if it says it under his name, he needs to send first, thats just the rule

Correct. This is more a "Rule of Thumb" for everyone, until a person becomes established.
If a person has zero, but can show through past transactions, ebay, etc they have been through the drill, by all means I'd send at the same time.
