Exclamation what should i do? please help

ok as you all probley know that im selling packs of my cards on ebay. well here is the situation, i sent 200 packs from my store to auction and i paid to have it at the top of the listings so its getting alot of looks and are selling very well. but anyways i had a guy recently buy 35 packs, then he bought 35 more and emailed me and said he didnt mean to do that. so thats all good but it took off 35 packs on my auction that i could have potentially sold. now i have only 80 left and i have like 4 days left on the auction. so i think i could have sold all 80 that are left + the 35 that he didnt mean to buy. what should i do? be mad and move on is the only thing i can think of because i cant really leave him bad feedback because hes still buying 35 packs from me. please put in you input thanks.

I agree with spuds. The guy is still going to buy 35 packs, and you should be thankfull that they are selling. If you really want to sell them you could just relist them. Regardless of what you do it sucks and you will live on.

Do you really charge a $1.00 shipping for each pack? Because 35 pack=$35 for shipping. I kinda interested myself so plmk.

what you can do is email the winner and ask if they would like to buy some extra packs before you finalize the deal. I had to do that once. BTW how mauch are the packs and what sport

you can basically erase the deal from ebay and get your fees back. Its the same process as submitting a NPB alert. However, you select the option that you and the buyer agree not to do the deal. Then they get an email and if they confirm everything it's reversed. Then you just revise your auction and add the 35 packs back to the lot total.
