    Questions about buying graded cards

When buying graded card off eBay, are most of the cards still in the same condition as when first graded? I know PSA has a problem with the card banging around in the holder. Is it still safe to buy modern cards graded by PSA? Do BGS holders suffer any flaws?

I just read this article on how some guy tested how good the PSA holder protection was and found that singnificant movement and banging around of the holder can cause serious damage to the card. Most of my cards actually (around 80%) jiggle around in the holder and make an unsettling noise when shaken. It scares me as to how many PSA card you buy are actually in the condition on the label. I want to know if anyone knows from experience if these cards (or BGS cards for that matter) are safe to buy.

I have plenty of PSA graded cards and the cards are in great shape. It is true that the cards will move inside the case if I make them. However, leaving them displayed or stored makes for very little movement. As far as shipping I would worry more about the case getting damaged instead of the card itself.
