Do factory sets differ at all from normal cards?

Like is the numbering and everything the same? I kind of want to collect all of Topps football this year, but I might just buy the factory set if there is no difference. Tahnks.

the Topps complete sets are actually '200x Topps Collection', not regular Topps. Like I have the 2004 Topps set and the foil has a gold tint while the ones I've pull from packs have silver foil.

I believe they book the same and you can't tell the difference unless you're really looking.
