    He definitely has a point, but his part I ulnar Plan A requires money that people don't have. A lot of people he's talking about in this article aren't so much "under prepared" as they are "less wealthy than you, Bill."
    I guess everyone should have their own generator and contacts of generator repairmen. This is really him bragging more than anything.
