skinsfan0521 & flemingtime: htwheelz01 is right in that he has a tag under his userid for not following thru on some of his trades.
This situation does not look right at all. If you want to play it safe, try to get your money back on paypal via their dispute process.

i understand that he had that and that's why i checked his feedback (which i found that although there were problems, in the end everything was worked out) and i contacted craigerman who said he had recently bought a card(s) from him and had no problems. like i told him, i'm not blaming craigerman, but i did check into other people who have bought from him before. as for getting my money back through paypal... i will definately go that route, but i would like to wait a day or so to make sure that it wasn't just some sort of misunderstanding. i mean, i'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt even if it looks really bad right now. but i still do appreciate any and all help from the mods to see if they can uncover what's going on here. thanks a lot!

well, although i am VERY upset about this, i'd like to assure you that this isn't normally what goes on here. i see that you haven't done too much trading here, and just want to let you know that this is the first time that i have had any problems on this site or any of the many other sites that i'm a member of. hopefully this comes out to just be a big misunderstanding and he will make it right....

I would suggest BOTH of you to file disputes within minutes of each other.. This will show up in their records and when dispute members view this they can realize that a guy sold the same cards to two people... I would put down in a comment box each others emails to say something like.
I have spoken to member "[email protected]" and found out that the seller sold the SAME EXACT cards to him. This is an obvious attempt to scam both of us for some easy money.

thank you, that sounds like a good idea. i just contacted flemingtime about it. also, i understand that he's had a few problems here in the past, but i sent him a pm a while ago saying that if i didn't hear back from him by tomorrow evening, then i would be filing a claim. i'd just like to give him the benefit of the doubt that this was a mistake, but i'm not going to wait too long to file a complaint, just till tomorrow evening

He can foward his paypal receipt to you if youd need visual evidence.. I really suggest filieing at the same time because the paypal dispute team is small if not just one person.

I'm just curious why 2 different people would send $100 to someone that has a "must send first on all transactions" tag ??? This just blows my mind. We have these tags in place for a reason and when you choose not to follow them, this kind of crap happens. I hope you both get your money back but please pay attention to those tags in the future to protect yourself.

i know, i understand that, but i contacted another member who bought a card(s) from him and he sent the money first and got the cards as described w/no problems. i told the guy i was concerned about sending him the money, but at the same time, i couldn't really pass up the deal he was offering. i know, if it seems too good to be true, it prolly is, but i had to try. and he has several positive feedbacks w/ only a few neagatives and i was thinking that if it were ebay and somebody had 20 something positives and 2 negatives, i would think nothing of it. that was basically my rationale behind sending him the money first, was that i'd have no problem doing it if this were ebay. but no more!!
