Absolutely, no priest should be forced to, especially when there's other legal instances to get married by. That's not what I meant, I mean really are there no priests in usa who wants to marry gay couples?

so they can pick and choose who they want to marry?
so we allow religion to get away with it because of religion but no one else?
so the justice of peace has to marry anyone but not a preacher, seems a bit like discrimination to me.
so it is not ok to discriminate against race just sexual practices?

The church is only doing a religious ceremony. The actually marrige is not legal until it is sanctioned by the state. One does not need a church to perform a religious ceremony in order to be legally married. Plenty of people get married directly by the state and completely bypassing the church. Asking most churches to do a gay marriage makes about as much sense as going to a mosque and requesting that they perform a christian baptism.

i clearly stated the same thing you just wrote
a muslim would not be trained in how to do a baptism, but a preacher is trained to do a marriage, so apple and oranges there.
are you ok with a white church refusing to marry blacks? or a black church against marrying whites?
one thing i will say is most most black churches would not turn away whites, i bet most would not turn away gays, and are quite often the best churches, in fact i will have to ask my neighbors who are a black couple, who are ministers of the church located on our street, i would be curious to here their take on it, they are some good people.
i think discrimination is discrimination no matter if it hides behind religion or not
and to say the Christian God is against Gays is ludicrous,
and why we are at it why is it ok for a religious business to have to supply insurance that covers abortions and contraceptives? is this not against their religious rights as well, and yes, people could get these elsewhere

Now you are comparing apples and organes. You are working at a church to get a paycheck. You may or may not believe in their teachings. You go to church/mosque/synagouge for spiritial teachings. It is easier to switch religions/houses of worship than it is to find another job with good insurance. Yes if you work for a church and they have to offer insurance the insurance should indeed offer BC and other items the church may not like because the while the church may be a spiritial hospital it is not a physical hospital.

so the current Ohio laws that require a license obtained through the secretary of state, that is recorded and listed in the marriage laws of the state, and law requires them to record and submit to the state within 30 days of the ceremony(under penalty of law) and is a state law should allow religions to not follow these laws if gay marriage is legalized here? how can religion get a free ride when we should have separation of church and state?

Pretty simple. A church can deny a wedding on grounds that the people aren't ready? They can demand pre wedding counseling. How is letting them say no to gays but no one else on those grounds any different?
