In my opinion I'd say they are NrMt/Mt. Here is a scan of the 88 Donruss and the 88 Topps. The Topps has a very small light blue mark on the upper left border.

They're not off centered the way they look in the scan. The Donruss is 1mm off left to right & 2mm top to bottom. The Topps is perfect centered left to right and 3mm off top to bottom. It's your choice.
