Steelers, last I knew, he didnt make it through his RC season with the Ravens, but he was released and signed with the Browns.

He may still be there....the same thing happend with Derek Anderson I think as well. Got released, and signed by the Browns.

harris didnt make the team out of browns training camp, anderson finished the season as the browns # 3 qb- as far as i know, hes still there. Harris went to the CFL.
