    I'm sure that most here haven't dealt with him since he's a new collector. If he's got memberships on other trading sites, your best bet would be to go there and ask.

    if he has a 0 trade rating and is starting off with you giving him over $100 that should be a warning to you right there not to deal with him. especially if the offer is TOO GOOD to pass up.
