It's Topps Chrome...you could get a PSA 10 and you'd barely be able to sell it for more then it will cost to have it graded. Not worth it.

I don't know where you've been looking, but next to SP Authentic, Topps and Bowman Chrome probably hold the best base resale value of any set out there.

you guys are nuts...but thanks for proving my point above...Topps Chrome is behind at least 4-5 (if not more) other sets...and ahead of what exactly, the small nothing brands? there is a reason that it's worth only $30.00...and a reason it sells for about 1/3 that on eBay. Topps Chrome always grades well and even if it doubles...you honestly think that is worth the time, expense of grading...and for all you finance majors out there...the time value of money on this item? it could grade a 10 and you'd be lucky to pull $30-40.00 on it re-sale...so that's a pretty slim profit margin for the output cost. Do as you like though...PSA and Beckett make a killing grading cards for just this reason.

you also realize if this grades anything less then a 10 or maybe a 9 that you are going to have even less re-sale value then an ungraded card. An ungraded Cadillac is worth more to 90% of people then something graded an 8 or 8.5. A $30.00, un-autographed Rookie card, when there are tons of other Cadillac Autographed RC's available is not worth grading. If this was back in the 90's when the best RC you could get is Chrome then grade it...this is like his 20th best RC value wise and won't sell at all unless graded Gem Mint.
