Alot of people do that so people will look at the auction and the sellers other auctions....And they give the submit the best offer so that someone can sumbit a reasonable offer...

The sad thing is that he has many other cards listed so it looks like he kina know sumthin about cards. I guess its just a try at getting some really rich guy to pay him alot for sometthing that really isnt.
