Here We Go Again - Quebec
I knew it was too good to be true. My eBay business up 107% to Quebec due to free shipping, and everything was getting through until today.
An eBay transaction from a repeat, loyal buyer. Missing since I sent it on November 9.
I have had only 6 items ever go missing on eBay on close to 10,000 transactions with 3 usernames since 1999. Two to Russia, and 6 to Quebec.
To say that I'm disturbed by this is an understatement. I am disappointed. Fellow Canadians are supposed to be honest.
For Shame !!

Might be all from one group...
I wouldn't paint the whole province in a bad light, that is what I suspect is happening
Also there is a deceitful seller there as well, maybe it's related?

I live in Quebec and it has happened once that a package didn't reach me, a Skinner SPGU Exclusives auto /100. It came from the States and probably had the content manifest on it. It was standard post, hence no tracking. I believe that those manifests may be the weak points. That's why when I ship international, I just write "cards" on the manifest. Could be any kind of card and my guess is that whoever handles the package will think worthless "business cards" by seeing that word.

Don't think so. I have also lived 3 years in Quebec as well as 4 other Provinces and 5 States in the US. My old companies business is regulate by Customs , In-Bond, Excise, etc. I had dealings with the Douanes on a daily basis in Quebec. Trust me..... On a personal basis or in business, Quebec is a logistical Customs and Postal nightmare for missing items and theft.

My one and only missing package was going to......Anyone want to guess???
Yep you got it, Quebec.
To be fair that was when I first got into the whole trading thing 4-5 years ago and was writing Hockey cards on the customs form
Since I've been putting pictures on the customs forms for the last 2 and a half years haven't had a single problem, not even with 50+ to Quebec.
