    Dealing w/ Panini

I know a lot of people have probably dealt with Panini with all the redemptions they have out there... how long does it usually take to get a response to a simple question. I just want to make sure they can send to my address (APO) and it has been a week now with no response. Am I being to impatient?

Depends on where you have sent your question to. If you have posted your question in your redemption summary, good luck with that as they will never respond! Only chance you have is either call them or contact their csm manager on twitter or facebook etc.
They are just lazy as hell, they never check any question you sent in through your redemptions. Dont know why they also bother for collectors to select 4 or 8 months for your redemptions as almost every redemption takes over 1+ years to be redeemed anyway.

Yea thats the ONLY way to get thru to them is by calling. Leaving a message in the redemption messages is a joke you will never get a response that way. I have 2 redemptions in and one is a pc player so I have to wait that one out the other is form there stupid draft redemption that we had to wait to see who we got and I dont understand why they couldnt get the autos from the guys why we waited and sent them out as soon as the draft was over.

One of mine is a Kyrie auto that I am very eager to get... So they need to hurry up!
