Edge is a Cardinal!!!
Wow, what a team to go!! Not a terrible choice, just strange.
PHOENIX (March 12, 2006) -- Edgerrin James ran off to the Arizona Cardinals, agreeing to a four-year, $30 million contract with a long-downtrodden franchise that had the worst running game in the league a year ago.
James, who became a free agent after seven seasons with the Colts, knew there was little chance he would return to Indianapolis when the season ended in a loss to Pittsburgh in the AFC divisional round.
Last month, Colts president Bill Polian admitted he was taking a gamble by letting James hit the free-agent market. And now James is gone after setting team records for rushing attempts (2,188), yards (9,226) and touchdowns (64).

Yeah, interesting move. They already had an awsome recieving corps and Warner is okay at qb. Hopefully they will improve their O-line or James is going to have a long sore season.

Now all the Cardinals need to do is promote John Navarre to starting QB. HAHAHAHA... sorry about that it was the Michigan fan coming out in me. I honestly do not see this transaction improving the situation for either Arizona or James.

yeah you are getting a heck of a player. never got any respect in indy.if you look at career stats he has over 9,000 yards rushing and if he didnt lose almost two years to injury he would be close to 12. great receiver and blocker. and because indy passes so much his legs are pretty fresh. im kinda bummed he went to the cards no line would have loved to see him go to denver! but congrats edge will make a big difference in the running and passing game.
