I had a similar case a couple of years ago. I told the seller that I would wait until about 40 days but then I would open a Paypal claim which gives the seller even more time (20 days I think). If you don't get the card after that, you need to start worrying about your own situation and insist on a refund.
Not saying that every buyer is a thief or con artist but I was burned by a supposedly sick individual who convinced me to cut him a break and not open a case against him. A couple of weeks later the same card is on eBay again (no actual proof but it looked like the same card to me). He of course denied it was the same but was kind enough to offer to sell me this card ... complete with insurance and signature confirmation!
I realize there are a lot of honest people who buy and sell on eBay that sometimes encounter misfortune due to "life happens." But as a buyer that is not something you have any control over. Give the seller as much leeway as you can without compromising yourself financially.

This is just hideous. The combination is terrible enough, but UD switched up the patches to boot.

do you know how much a postal worker in the US makes compared to China, or India?
Besides, your figures are not acurrate. It does not cost less in Canada to mail items - it's about 2-3x more than USPS.
I use both
