1999 Century Legends Gold Orr Autograph Question

I forgot about that one. I recently saw a blank back of this card. Are they all blank backs?

I can't say for sure, but I beliiiiieeeeeve that the blank backs were cut from the tops of the boxes the packs came in and what you saw was either hand-signed or something less reputable.

The auto card is the same as card #126 in the set, except that instead of red on the front it's in gold foil.
