    Making a Profit

    What are the best techniques used to make a profit off of sports cards?

    Buy low, sell high? Lol. Honestly, I just search ebay, look for nice patches, low #ed autos and jerseys, or cheap lots, buy and resell.

    try to use as much of Mom and Dads` money as you can. :D

    look for badly listed items and search for newly listed cards that are listed to low.

    this works sometimes. Misspelled names also work, especially for hockey. I can never pronounce those guys names. :) Another name that is not spelled correctly lots of times is Joe Namath. I see so many NamEth spellings it isn`t funny anymore. Good luck trying to make a profit with this hobby. It really isn`t easy at all unless you use someone elses money.

    Ya, you really do. If your only in the hobby to make money, I wouldnt recommend buying boxes.
