04 UD Foundations redemptions
Any one else having problems getting their rookie auto/patch cards redeemed?
I submitted mine back on 01Oct05. Still the UD website says the cards are still being produced. The 16 week window for delivery has closed.
I've emailed UD twice w/no reply.
My redemption is for a Devery Henderson auto/patch. I know he's no BIG name player, but still....
Appreciate any inputs....

i would try calling the customer service.. they are usually pretty helpfull

I am STILL waiting on a Dick Butkus legendary signatures from Legends 04 and I submitted that over a year ago. Jedi I can tell you are military which base are you stationed at as I was stationed there for 5 years myself. and where do you get your cards?

mjbowman......I'm Navy...
Stationed on Makalapa, across from Pearl Harbor. First time in Hawaii & lovin it.
I get most my Cowboys cards via eBay and a few via trades. I buy retail boxes at
NEX, Hickam BX, Walmart or Kmart. Only been to one cardshop (only one i know of).
It's on Kam Hwy in a shopping plaza. Just called SPORTS CARDS near as I can tell.
Ain't had much luck there though.

I know that area. I was stationed at subase pearl. I used to go to Jellys across from Pearlridge Mall and then there was a card shop next to Tower Records in that same parking lot I guy named Lance K work there He was a Skins fan.

Took your advice and called their customer service. The lady said their production dept is running way behind, and if I wanted I could request a substitute. I did. I told them that I collected Cowboys, that it must be an auto/jersey card.
We'll see what happens.
I'll let yall know....

UD's terrible, they sent me something one time that wasn't what I redeemed AND was worth less (way less!) than the card I was expecting so I phoned and asked for something else, that was 2 years ago and I'm still waiting for my 'something else'... Hopefully you have better luck than I did...

I`m not too happy w/UD at all. I purchased 2 boxes of 2000 UD Encore back in 2001 and pulled 2 redemptions(Plaxico and Darrell Jackson auto`s). They had expired a month prior and I was basically told "too F`n bad". They wouldn`t even send replacement cards(of any kind). I was SOL(poop outta luck). I still have the damned redemption cards sitting here. I don`t want to send them in because I know I`ll have nothing if I do. So I decided to keep them and still have nothing since they`re worthless now. But at least I can show that I did pull them.
