I would always use UV glass, even in a room without windows. Indoor light can fade them just as much as sunlight. It's not an inexpensive proposition- I had several 11x14s that I wanted to frame. I could have taken them to michaels or joann fabric, but I decided to save a bit of money. I bought uv glass from one of those two stores (can't remember which). I found some really nice frames on the shelf. Bought the acid free backing and tape and did it myself. I probably had $100 each in the frame, backing & glass, but it was still probably $60-$80 cheaper per frame than what I would have paid to have it done professionally. And people that see them swear they are professionally done.
