Bob Quinn and Bill Wood; were MLB general managers in the 80s and 90s

Does anyone have an address on either or both of these two? Bob Quinn was the GM at times for the Reds, Yankees and Giants. Bill Wood was GM for the Astros from the late 80s to the early 90s. Help is, of course, appreciated.
