I saw the same thing. I got JBJ outside on the same day. He signed for the four of us but didn't seem as friendly as he was with my friends in Louisville. Got Xander too, and he did two cards for my dad and Xander was very friendly.

I've graphed them all numerous times this year. I can tell you Bogaerts is now the better signer of the two. Bradley used to be great up until about February. They brought JBJ to all the caravan and fan appearances in New England and I'm assuming by the time spring training let out, he was so burnt out of signing autographs. Just this January in Pawtucket he was signing at a caravan and giving full name graphs and you can tell he actually wanted to be there and meet the fans. The last few weeks in Pawtucket he has been brutal. Very random about who he signs for, if he signs at all, and short graphs with no emotion whatsoever.
Bogaerts is signing still, doing 1 per every time you can get to him for the most part. I have seen him do 2 cards at once lately. You better get him soon before the same people hitting him every day get to him like they got to Jackie.

Great night in Akron tonight...went north to see the New Britain Rock Cats against the Akron Aeros. The Rock Cats are loaded with prospects, including Miguel Sano, so I had to make the trip. I was exhausted after a long day of work and then driving there, so I only stayed for about three innings of the game. Still cleaned up in the 'graphing! As usual, the haul...
Tristan MacManus 1/1 Ticket Stub (Dancing With the Stars daner was there as a promotion)
Danny Santana 1/1 Team Logo 8x10
BJ Hermsen 1/1 Team Logo 8x10
DJ Baxendale 1/1 Team Logo 8x10
Eddie Rosario 1/3 Cards
Alex Meyer 2/2 8x10s (Same photo, one's for Dan)
Trevor May 1/1 Card
Miguel Sano 2/2 8x10, Card

Absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out, especially getting Sano twice! As you can see, he's changed his signature AGAIN. Now it looks like a more legible "Sano", probably his nicest signature yet. Got him coming off the field from BP then heading out to warm up for the game. Got Trevor May as he was charting...nice kid. Traded a couple Twins 4x6 logo sheets for the Trevor May card (unsigned), so I was happy with that too. Met a couple nice guys and had a great time!

Sano changes his signature weekly it seems. That's nothing like what he was giving at Twinsfest. Great successes. Anytime you can get Rosario, May, Sano, and Meyer in one night...can't beat that!

At least Jackie doesn't employ another player's girlfriend to shield him so he doesn't have to sign in Portland.

Definitely! Hard to beat that, especially getting lucky enough to get Sano twice. On top of that, I managed to deal the Rosario mini for a Bert Blyleven Tri-Star authenticated, signed 8x10!
Thank you!
Can't say I have any idea what you're talking about, sorry.

Just got home from Columbus after seeing the Louisville Bats in town...they have a nice roster (Billy Hamilton, Daniel Corcino, Armando Galarraga, Jason Donald, etc.), so I was planning on putting in a good day of getting autographs pregame and postgame. Well, storms ruined my postgame plans, and pregame just flat-out sucked. Hardly anybody signed and only two of them were guys I needed. What I ended up with...
Nevin Ashley 1/1 Team Sheet
Greg Reynolds 1/1 Team Sheet
Josh Fellhauer 1/1 Team Sheet
Neftali Soto 3/3 Cards (one for Dan)
Billy Hamilton 1/2 8x10

Made my night to get Billy, and it turned out well! Glad to get Soto, too, as I love those Elite cards signed. Didn't think Hamilton would sign after ignoring on his way out and finishing a warm-up ninety seconds before the anthem. But he came over and quickly signed down the line, skipping a few, though. Managed to get him on my 8x10, but couldn't ask for inscriptions or anything like I'd hoped. He didn't seem really happy to sign, but he really seemed like a nice kid. Not a great night, but at least I got the big one!

Sorry, you had a bad experience with JBJ. I got him right in the beginning of 2012 and was a nice as can me. Signed full signature and was having fun talking to the people. Xander was not as friendly but signed. About a month later, JBJ, was one per and Xander blew people off at first, but came back to sign. Hopefully you get lucky and get JBJ one day.
I enjoy reading your hauls. Congrats!
