I think it's just the general look is amusing on that one the short shorts, the afro, although most players of that generation looked that way anyways. The expression on his face is pretty unimpressed too lol

It's on the thread because it's hilariously bad, thus funny, and also very weird, which are exactly the two criteria used for displaying cards on this thread.
