I need your help please.
Well, for Christmas I got a box of Donruss Zenith 05 Football. Well, the box only yielded 1 game used, no autos, and barely any of the parallels I was supposed to get. Now, after almost 4 months, I just get a response from Donruss that I didnt send the lid of the box in with a receipt or list of parallels I recieved. I know for a fact I did, and there trying to b.s. me. What should I do???

Oops sorry Rick. I typed it out first, and thought about it. Thought I deleted it to make it b.s. Thanks for changing it.
Its kinda lame theyd try to lie. Cuz, It wasnt a cheap box.

I haven't bought wax in years. do they have a 100% guarentee with their GUd, Autos, and inserts? I thought you got what you got.
However, if you sent the box top and they said you didn't I don't really know what you can do about it. That does suck, do you have a copy of the reciept or the UPC from the box to send.

hey vikingfan just sent one in from donruss studio baseball with box top and side of box that says 2 gu or autos per box on average,also sent in a damaged studio portraits from the box i will let you know how it goes sent it in with a letter about a week ago still haven,t heard anything,i,m hoping since they will no longer be doing baseball they send me something back take care spuds

Star - You had to send in the UPC as well, and that went with it. So idk.
Spuds - Good luck on it, hopefully youll get something.
I did get an update today that this time, and this time only they will make an exception and say I had one in the letter. So hopefully Ill get something??
