how do we get the cards???? and when you get one what happens?

When you have enough points to order a card, you will be sent to a screen where you fill out some info that gets sent to me and I will mail you the card. Easy as that! :)

is it standard to gain 30 points when you get someone to join. or do you gain more the more people you bring to the site?

Just the standard 30 points per LEGIT referral. We do check referrals and points will be taken away (and have been to a few members) for non-legit referrals.
