Live blogging from Fenway Park!

The Sox's rookie, Allen Webster, gave up 8 runs in less than 2 innings. It was a national televised game on ESPN so did get to see a couple of the ESPN crew today. The Bulls-Heat series is getting more intense by the second, James is showing the Bulls why he is the 4 time MVP while Taj Gibson is doing his best Manny Pacquiao impression. The Bulls stole Game 1 in Miami but now the Heat is looking to silence them with blow out win. Side note, Stephen Curry is quickly emerging as one of the best pure shooters in the game and showing flashes of the great Reggie Miller but I am looking forward to my Spurs killing the Warriors. Glad to see Curry is playing well and getting the attention he deserves, a great guy who I was able to meet a year ago in Boston. Well enough of my basketball rants, we all came here to talk about autographs. As the Heat was dominating on the basketball court, I was able to have a monster day today.
Well some good news...I was accepted into Georgetown University and Columbia University after being wait-listed for 2 months but I've already paid my deposit to attend.....Stanford University next fall!!!Super excited to spend the next 4 years in Palo Alto! I was also accepted into Brown and USC but I've decided to attend Stanford.
Now to the graphings...
I had a off day at work as my hands are getting tired at making photocopies and getting coffee lol. I was able to get to the Twins hotel at around 10 AM and I only had one goal today...Joe Mauer! As we all know Mr. Fan Friendly Joe Mauer is actually one of the worst signers in baseball who like usually refused to sign today. I only brought one item for Mauer so I didn't bother with the rest but did see a couple sign. Well I am not giving up. Gates opened about 4 hours ago and once again I place myself right next to a little kid with his glove and ball but then the rain came on and that destroyed my plans to get Mauer. I get back to my seat at Section 97, pretty disappointed while the air was humid and dry but then I got a surprising pat on my back. I turned around and saw a friend who I haven't seen in ages and he told me that he spotted me at the entrance and tried to call me over but the area was too loud. We chat for a little bit and about 10 minutes later he asked I had any company at the game and I said no. Well he asked if I would like to join him at the Red Sox luxury suite! Seeing how the rain might be affecting the game and Mauer didn't sign, I decided why not. After I went with my friend in the suite and grabbed a drink and some food, I noticed a client of our companies and I immediately went over and said hello. I was wearing Twins gears in hope of catching Mauer and he asked me,
"Hey..I remember you from ----- funds."
"Yes, it has been a pleasure to work with you."
"I didn't know you were a Twins fan."
I said, "Yes, I am big fan."
"Me too, didn't think I would see other in Red Sox Nation, who is your favorite player?"
"Harmon..Harmon Killebrew"
"Fabulous player..kind of hard to see him go in 2011. I see that you are a big Joe Mauer fan." Pointing at my photo and sharpie.
"Yeah, I am. I was hoping to meet Joe tonight."
"Well, I can help you out with that."
"You don't have to, Sir"
"Just give me that."

An hour later...came back signed!
So today..I found out I accepted into 2 of the best colleges in America....Lost out on Joe Mauer....Sat in the Red Sox luxury suite...chatted up with a multi-millionaire and some Red Sox executives who helped me out by getting Mauer to sign my picture..not so shabby!

Not at all! Get about to head home. Sox losing 14-7 thanks to Allen Webster. My post have been taking forever to load because I am using my iPad on 3G which takes forever so if you messaged me, it might take a bit for the message to load through.

Just wanted to say happy mother's day to all the mom out there! Mine has pushed me to exceeding outside my comfort zone and had raised me to be who I am today.

Also wanted to give an update that I got an email confirmation from Rory Mcilory saying that he will be sending me something in the next 2 weeks. Also received a Mudhen's fan pack this Saturday with a very cool fridge magnet.
