What should I do?
In no way am I trying to start some trouble or badmouthing another trader so thats why the cards and the trader I traded will not be said.
Last Saturday late morning I traded an autograph card for a 3 BGS free gradings that expired March 31st. I was worried about getting them here in time so we agreed that I would pay three dollars and he would do 2 day shipping either that Saturday or Monday. Its now a week later and I still dont have them. When I type in the d.c. on the post office website this is what it reads for the last 4 days...
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on March 19, 2006 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
I'm not going to be home on Monday so the earliest I could get this package is Tuesday which means I can not get the cards out until Wednesday. Friday is March 31st. Which means I'm going to have to spend a but load in shipping. I don't really think this is fair. I wouldn't of traded my auto if I knew it was going to come to this.
What should I do? Again I'm not trying to start any waves or bad mouth any traders.

if u already sent the auto, u could ask him to send it back since those won't really help u now. i mean, he didn't complete the trade the way u guys agreed, so u can dispute it in trade manager or with a mod.
*i know who u traded with, and i had a problem with him as well despite his good feedback. told me his cards were in perfect condition. i get them in the mail and they are completely damaged and taped together... yes, taped with scotch tape which further damaged them.

ty for the suggestion soccer. i havent sent the auto yet but I hadn't had a problem on here yet and didnt know what I should do.

no problem... but if you haven't sent the auto yet, then it doesn't sound like u followed through with the trade on your end either...

No at the time I was waiting on the auto from another trader. Once I got it I told him that I would send it along with the three dollars. He agreed to this because he wanted the auto and when I got the auto this wednesday and I still hadn't had got the three grades I held on to it. When I recently pmed him to let him know that I hadn't gotten the grades I told him that I would be holding on to the auto until I got them.

I would say you lucked out then by not owning up to your end of the deal. You should have sent the auto and the other trader should have sent the coupons. Why wait so long on an item that is time sensitive? ASAP is what should have taken place. Then again, you traded a card you didn`t even have in your possession. I think you may have screwed the other trader more than he did you. You still have your auto and he`s now stuck with coupons that expire next week. Just my $0.02.
