I'd say you discovered the SP's of the lot. Either that or is it possible they're going to spill the set over into next year or a different product? I've opened about 20 "blaster boxes" and haven't come across the ones you need.

I've done the exact same Xanadu, it's impossible to find them. This is the only thing I've been working on for weeks. I've been tempted at times to just put all the ones I have on ebay just because I was so frustrated.
