    Those cards were made by beckett. For $19.95 you could add a jersey piece to a handful of players cards. They also did bats for baseball...

    At any rate, the card itself is worth a couple bucks, with the jersey piece in the holder, while not all that desirable on the secondary market, you could probably still get $20 or so for it.
