Any photo shop experts I need help!

I took my wife to a book signing for Stephenie Meyer the twilight author and she got her book signed, but they had some people taking pictures with everyone's camera's and whoever took my wife's didn't know how to work ours apparently so th epicture they took was a really blurry one of my wife's leg. If I sent someone a photo of Ms. Meyer at the event and my wife at the event would you be able to photoshop my wife into the picture? It's not as cool as having on actual picture, but I know she was severly disappointed when she saw that the picture didn't turn out....that's what I get for letting someone else take the photo. Any help would be appreciated and I can work out some type of payment if needed. Thanks!

Sorry this happened to you. It alway amazes me how often I go to signings where they push for staff to take the photos, only to see the photographers asking to use every camera, taking a long time to take the picture, and unable to hold them stable.
It boogles my mind how these people stuck roped into doing that.
